Order online and pay on collection. All orders are for collection from our London N4 shop.

Products, sizes and colours

Choose the size, colour, brand and inflation option carefully before adding an item to your basket. Product descriptions explain what is included. Costume size guides are guidance; measurements and the selected manufacturer's sizing should be checked before ordering. Screen colours and balloon illustrations may differ from the actual shade.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Any available delivery charges and the total payable will be shown before payment. Place your order through Wix checkout and choose offline payment. No online payment is taken: pay in the shop when you collect. We do not collect card details by email.

The bouquet builder adds together the prices of the balloons selected. There is no extra bouquet assembly charge. Inflated regular and pearl latex cost £2.50 each for one-day inflation, or £3.00 each with gel. Gel helps extend float time; temperature, handling and storage affect balloon performance.

Ordering and availability

Check your basket and contact details before submitting an order. Keep your order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or we find an error affecting your order, we will contact you to agree an alternative or arrange a refund. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Inflated balloons and shop collection

Inflated balloons and bouquets are for collection only from our shop. Allow at least 24 hours for inflated balloons and bouquets. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling. If your event is soon, call the shop before ordering to check availability and preparation time. Bring your order confirmation when collecting.

At launch, all online orders are for shop collection, including partyware, fancy dress and uninflated balloons. Delivery will follow once our courier service is ready. Store balloons carefully and follow the product's care and safety instructions.

Delivery

Only services available for your order and address will be offered at checkout. Delivery timings and service availability are being finalised before online ordering opens. Read our delivery and collection information for the confirmed prices and current arrangements.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Read our returns and cancellation policy, including how to cancel, the optional cancellation form and any applicable exceptions. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Collection alone does not remove the cancellation rights of an eligible online purchase.

Questions and complaints

Contact the shop with your order number and details of the issue so we can investigate and put it right. Please contact us before paying to return a faulty or incorrect item.
