PLAN THE JOURNEY HOME
Will your balloons fit in the car? These are rough collection examples. Check your actual boot opening, balloon sizes and passenger space before you travel.
1 8 Illustration only · not to scale Smart / small city car Example load to check Planning to collect two large foil numbers?
Call us first with your car model and chosen numbers. Boot fit is not guaranteed. Check the boot opening against the actual inflated shapes; you may need a different transport plan.
2 1 Illustration only · not to scale Hatchback Example load to check Two numbers + a small mixed bouquet
Compare the inflated load with your boot opening and usable space. Hatchback models vary; passengers, seats, parcel shelves and other luggage all affect the room available.
Illustration only · not to scale Estate / SUV Example load to check A larger mixed bouquet or jumbo shape
A larger car still needs a fit check. Check your model’s boot opening against the widest part of every inflated jumbo shape, plus the rest of the load. Keep room for passengers.
Measure the balloons. Use their actual inflated height and widest point. Ask us about your chosen numbers, foils or jumbo shapes before collection. Check your own car. Measure the boot opening and usable space with your passengers and other luggage accounted for. A balloon must pass through the opening without being forced. Close the boot and secure the load. The boot must close normally. Secure balloons without blocking the driver’s view, mirrors or controls, and keep them away from sharp or rough surfaces. Unsure about the fit? Call 020 7263 0005 with your car model and balloon selection before you travel so we can help you plan collection.

Start with the look you want You do not have to include latex balloons. Every builder step is optional. Choose any combination you like, use just one type of balloon, or skip straight to foils, jumbo shapes, numbers or letters using the step tabs.
For a coordinated bouquet, start with your colours. Choose regular or pearl latex, add plain foil hearts, stars or round balloons , then decide whether you want a larger centrepiece. The bouquet builder separates standard foils from jumbo shapes, numbers and letters so you can mix the sizes you want.
Celebrating an age? Pick the digit on the number balloon page , then select an available brand/range and colour. To spell a name or message, browse letter balloons . The Oak Tree letter range includes gold, silver, blue and pink; the product options show which combinations are available.
What will the balloons cost? Inflated regular and pearl latex balloons cost £2.50 each for the one-day option, or £3.00 each with gel to increase duration. Plain heart, star and round foil balloons cost £4.49 each, inflated. Other printed foils, jumbo shapes, numbers and letters have their own product prices.
The builder adds the selected inflated-balloon prices together. There is no extra bouquet assembly charge. These examples show the arithmetic; they are not fixed packages and depend on the colours and products being available.
Three latex balloons + two plain foils 3 × £2.50 + 2 × £4.49 = £16.48 . The same selection with gel in the latex balloons 3 × £3.00 + 2 × £4.49 = £17.98 . Displayed prices include VAT. Check the current product options and basket total when ordering. Stock and prices are checked again when your bouquet is added to the basket.
Choose the inflation option for your event The £2.50 latex option is our one-day inflation option. Gel costs an additional 50p per latex balloon and is offered to increase duration. It is not a promise that every balloon will last a fixed number of days. If you are collecting ahead of your celebration, call the shop and discuss the collection and event times before choosing.

Think about the journey home Jumbo shapes, numbers and letters take up more space than standard foils. Tell us the number and size of balloons you are collecting and ask about suitable transport before you travel. Keep them secure during the journey so they cannot obstruct the driver’s view. Avoid squeezing them against sharp or rough objects, and take them indoors after collection.
Keep balloons weighted and supervise children and pets. Never inhale helium or release balloons outdoors. Collect broken or deflated balloons promptly and dispose of them responsibly. Follow the warnings supplied with your balloons. Balloon manufacturer TUFTEX’s responsible-use guidance explains these precautions.
Finish the party details Browse partyware and decorations , fancy dress or cards and gifts alongside your balloons. These orders are also for collection while delivery is being set up.
